Essential cookies

Exentra uses a secure session cookie after operator or platform-staff authentication. It keeps the person signed in, associates requests with the correct authenticated session and supports security controls. The cookie is HTTP-only, restricted to secure connections in production and is not available to ordinary page scripts.

Aggregate website activity

Exentra counts public-page views and navigation-link clicks to understand how the website is used. These counts use no cookies or browser storage, exclude private dashboard and customer routes, and are not linked to individual identities. The observer respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

No advertising cookies

Exentra does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural advertising trackers. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced later, this notice and the relevant consent controls will be updated before they are enabled where consent is required.

Security widgets and payment providers

Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited browser and security information when protecting a public form. A payment provider may set its own cookies after a customer or operator chooses to open that provider’s checkout. Those services apply their own notices.

Your controls

You can remove or block cookies through browser settings. Blocking Exentra’s essential session cookie will prevent authenticated dashboards and protected account actions from working.
